A Critique of a Short Story " The Centipede" by Dexter Sañosa

The Centipede

The story centipede by Rony V.  Diaz show violence towards man and animals. It is not appropriate for children and adults who are or have a close mind.

Hate,  the reason why people did bad things,  the reason why people destroy things that matters to someone. Just like what happens in the story. The centipede Delia the sister of Eddie, is very mean girl.  She used his illness as an excuse to keep on destroying things that matters to her brother Eddie.

We all know that Eddie did wrong things also to his sister Delia, but is that rational for Delia to revenge that bad. She must learn how to forgive, because after all they are brother and sister and she is the oldest. She must learn how to understand and unfold the love that keep by hate.

For me, Delia's illness is not an excuse,  her father must discipline her because what she's doing is to must or I suggest separating that two siblings.  If Delia didn't control how bad she feels towards her brother, she must keep herself.

The Centipede,a short story which was written by Rony V. Diaz ,published in 1952.Its all about Eddie's sister shows harshness over complaining about the things Eddie does .All started when Eddie seeing his sister Delia beating with his dog B iryuk .Eddie wanted to stop his sister but he couldn't do it.
