Common problem that the teenagers in our community or school currently experiencing it

Depression:

  • a state of feeling sad 
  • a serious medical condition in which a person feels very sad, hopeless, and unimportant and often is unable to live in a normal way.
  • a period of time in which there is a little economic activity and many people do not have jobs.
Solution:

  • Exercise once you get in the exercise habit it wont take long notice a difference in you mood.
  • Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy.
  • Identify troubles but don't dwell on them. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding.
  • Try to notice good things.Consider your strengths gift of blessings. Mos of all don't forget to be patient with yourself depression takes time to heal.
